Excellent location, super close to large shopping complex and surrounded by cafes and eateries. Convenience store right across the road for those last minute items to grab. Queen room was quite poky. We ended up having issues with the air conditioning and were promptly upgraded to a king premium. The staff were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful to the three that stayed. I've not experienced such great service in a long while and appreciated it immensely.

We love the location very easily to access.We appreciate our rooms,it's very clean and tidy with big living rooms and a comfortable king size bed which is so awesome.We love the gym and the pool for physical fitness., We really appreciate where our rooms are located since this is our first time experience in the hotels where we get clear views of the big and tall building in the city.To conclude we really enjoy our stay thou it was short but its worthy and we are looking forward to check in again in future and also we will recommend other of our workmates to try it out.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment as we had our kids with us. The apartment was very clean and so so spacious. With a big family like ours, it’s very hard to find a big and affordable room that can accommodate us. The location was great. Was very quiet over the weekend we were there. Everything was walking distance, like the mall and restaurants. Was also great that parking is provided. Front desk receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Plus the water pressure was soooo good :). All in all we had an enjoyable stay.

The Two Room Appartment was spacious and perfect for my family of four. Aircon worked well to keep the place cool even on a very hot day. Spacious living room for many family members to gather as we were part of a wedding group. The location was perfect as we had many options for restaurants in the area and shopping malls. Only a short trip on the tram to Flinders Street Station and the South Bank.

The location was good as we were there for the Coldplay concert so was easy to get to the stadium. The staff were friendly and very helpful when we had a problem. It was very quiet and the kids enjoyed using the heated pool everyday.

The Adina Apartment Hotel was a delightful experience in every respect. We arrived midmorning well before the scheduled check-in time. However, the friendly receptionist adjusted the room allocation so that we could move in straight away. The apartment was on the 11th floor with a fascinating view of the CBD from the lounge and bedroom. We made full use of the facilities, using the pool on the fifth floor every day and enjoying the capsule coffee machine on the same level. The free inner city tram service options were nearby and the city itself was in easy walking distance and we were surrounded by restaurants and cafes with Hardware Lane a short walk away. It proved an ideal and extremely comfortable base for our five days stay and after walking the town, we came back and relaxed with a coffee from the fifth floor with chairs arranged so that we overlooked the city. Who could ask for more?

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment is very clean & spacious. Having a washing machine & dryer was very useful!

Location was great. The facilities in the room were great. We informed them that we would be arriving early but we’re happy to wait for a 3pm check in if necessary. No need, they had the room ready for us 5 hours early AND we were given a free upgrade! All staff were greet but the lady who greeted us and checked us in (can’t remember her name) was absolutely fantastic and very friendly!

Penthouse suites are possibly the best in the city for value for money and great city location nested in a quite zone but close enough to be in the heart of a busy Saturday night and especially when each corner of your balcony view points direct you to a vibe that suits your mood.
